Our experience with Precision Roofing was outstanding from the first time I contacted them, all the way until the job was complete. Deonah in the office was friendly and took time to answer all my questions. The workers were timely and polite and the owner Joe even came out to assist! Our neighbors keep complimenting our new roof and we couldn’t be happier!

We were very pleased with the roof repair done by Precision Roofing. Joe didn’t try to sell us a new roof, he just fixed our problem which was leaking around our chimney. They did a beautiful job and left everything spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Precision Roofing.

Joe was a God send. I’m so pleased with the work he did. We had a leak in our roof and he came out and repaired it and the next night it rained no leaks. Ill call them anytime and tell others of the good work. Thank you again.

After contacting a handful of other companies searching for help taking down a huge old TV antenna and satellite dish attached to our chimney and roof, Precision truly came through for us! Being such a small job, we understood that many companies would likely not want to take it on, but Deonah and Joe were nothing short of wonderful in providing an estimate, scheduling the service, arriving on time, and quickly taking care of the removal and roof patching. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and hire somebody, anybody, else. Precision was a nightmare to deal with, from terrible communication, poor customer service, constant delays, and final bills unexpectedly thousands of dollars higher than estimated. I could write a novel on my horrible experience but won’t waste your time the way Precision will jerking you around. To top it all off I still have leaks and fascia damage $12,000 later. Deonah and Joe have a good, hardworking crew but they seem to have no idea how to run a good business.

They fixed my porch roof when others had tried and failed. They also were very reasonably priced and stuck to their estimate. Respectful and respectable!
