Scott and his team at Integrity Home Solutions were great to work with. I had a small garage door wrap that needed installed. Saw his truck in the parking lot at Meijer and so glad I called him up. I know contractors are extremely busy, but Scott made me feel like a priority by squeezing my small project in between his larger and I’m sure more profitable ones. The finished wrap looks great and I will be using Integrity again for future home projects!

Professional, fast, and affordable! I needed someone to install a roof on my newly built shed with a steep pitch. I called on Friday and Scott’s team was able to fit me in on Monday afternoon between two larger jobs. His team made the install look like a piece of cake! The roof looks fantastic and I appreciated his great communication throughout the process.

Our new roof is wonderful! When he gave the estimate,Scott walked us through each detail and possible complication we might find when the shingles came off. There were no last minute surprises. He did not upsell what we didn’t need or cut corners. What he promised, he delivered. Our house has a few valleys, a skylight and different pitches. The crew at INTEGRITY EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS handled it all with efficiency, competence, and courtesy. From tear off to clean up it was a professional experience. I would not hesitate to recommend INTEGRITY EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS to anyone.

Scott at Integrity Exterior Solutions helped me find the best way to take care of my destroyed gutters. He kindly walked through all the possibilities, including teaching me how to do it myself. He was transparent about pricing and was very fair, he didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into other things. I could tell Scott just wanted to do the best thing for me. I called integrity exterior solutions really worried about my furnace air duct on my roof being buried in snow and ice. Scott came within an hour! He cleaned off the problem area and said a higher pipe would help with this type of weather. He was so nice and professional about it all, like a family member. His fee was extremely low and you could tell it wasn’t about money. Definitely will refer him and have him put in a higher vent. Made my day!
