The Best Roofing Company in Town Hands Down!!.. I have a old house which had a old roof. After going thru about couple companies, ProFormance stood out . Customer service was absolutely the truth .. Where do I start? You can certainly find less expensive roofing contractors as well as more expensive ones. I tended to look at those somewhere in the middle, with my due diligence being more or less a combination of the product and service literature along with the estimate, payment options and even the knowledge and “likeability” (if you know what I mean) of the individual sent to provide the estimate and close the deal. ProFormance easily made the top of my list based on these factors (I had 4 estimates) and here’s a list of some of the other reasons we would recommend ProFormance Roofing: 1. Email/telephone/text response times were punctual and answered my questions 2. Minor Issues that came up such as relocating the dumpster, replacing the ATT fiber optic wireless line that was inadvertently damaged (I consider that my fault as it was tucked way up under the drip edge and well hidden – I should have pointed that out to the site supervisor 🤔) were resolved to my satisfaction without confrontation or delay 3. Professionalism in keeping us informed via message group chat of seemingly hour by hour progress on the big day listing the 3 individuals responsible for the job and their contact numbers 4. Finally, the people in #3 above – David (site supervisor) who went above and beyond the call ensuring he was available and ready to answer any questions/concerns that arose and making sure the driveway was nail-free so I could get my wife to her dental appointment on time. 🤣 Friendly, down to earth and a pleasure to talk to. Rogan (area general manager) who made sure (to the point of committing himself to drive 1.5 hours before locating an available employee much closer) to come to my house late in the afternoon and relocate a not-so-well placed (for my wife and I, anyway) dumpster. Definitely customer-oriented. And James (account manager) who closed the deal for us. Friendly, knowledgeable and available at the drop of a hat to answer my concerns. From start to finish, the roofing crew (hard-working men to be sure!) were done in one day. Let me close by saying we are absolutely satisfied with our new roof and you will not regret having Proformance Roofing at least be one of the companies you speak with when making this big-ticket decision!

They did a fantastic job on my roof and they did it quick too! David, James and the crew were very professional, picked up the outside of the house, made it spotless after and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.
