Champion Installed a new roof for me in 2008. I paid for and received a GAF Roof with a 20/50 year warranty. While they did a great job back then on my roof, unfortunately I discovered issues with my roof in the fall of 2023. I contacted GAF & Champion to file a claim under my GAF warranty…only to discover GAF had had quality control issues in a manufacturing plant in 2007 and had class action suite a few years ago. I say all that to state I contacted Champion Roofing in November 2023. They jerked me around for several weeks only to then inform me they would charge $250 to come out and take pictures as well as pull 2 shingles to submit to GAF to submit my manufacture defective roof. I called GAF to find out that Champion Roofing was no longer in the GAF Master Elite dealer program. RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY…Their work and work ethics have apparently ran into the gutter….VERY SAD…Needless to say I contacted another roofing company to work with me on my GAF claim

I am in the process of selling my home. I had a different roofing company come look at a spot that was leaking and was told it wasn’t the roof it was my plumbing or hvac. I called Champion Roofing after having the plumbing and hvac looked at and it was the roof. Everyone there was wonderful! The team that came found the leak right away and were able to repair it the same day!!! Very reasonably priced too!! I will definitely call them again if I’m in need of more work at my new home!

Champion Roofing Services did a gorgeous reroofing for us this August, and our project manager, Eric Wheeler, was responsive and helpful every step of the way. There was some confusion with our start date due to Hurricane Idalia, but I won’t let some bad weather impact my five-star rating!

I have dealt with Kevin a few times over the past year or two regarding minor roofing repairs since our new HVAC units were installed. I knew I would need a new roof soon. Fast forward to July 15 of this year, a few heavy storms, and water was getting into our home. I called Champion roofing to call on Kevin once again. Kevin understood the urgency and worked quickly to get a crew out to my property. In only FIVE DAYS, Kevin had everything in order from permit to materials and the teams were in place making it happen. Chris, the owner came by multiple times to ensure things moved forward in a timely fashion. At the end of the second day, we were watertight once again. I’m thankful to Kevin, Chris, and the entire team from Champion roofing. Their professionalism is second to none and I HIGHLY recommend them for your roofing needs.

Champion Roofing is our go to Roofer for the NE Florida Market for both residential and commercial builds. Their staff is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and efficient. They work well with both home owners and contractors. Their quality and follow through are second to none. If you are looking for a one off roof or even an on going professional business relationship, Champion Roofing is by far your best option available. Chris, Kevin, and their internal team deserve to be commended for the things they accomplish on behalf of their customers. Well done team, and thank you SO MUCH.

I called around to several companies and had 5 different ones come out. Out of all of them Kevin was the only one who was super responsive. He went out of his way several times to go the extra mile and explain different options for my flat roof. He even dropped by samples. He quickly provided a quote and had guys working on my roof within a week of deciding to use their services. Before and after shown in the photos.

I can not express how much I appreciate Kevin (the Office Manager I believe) and Champion Roofing! Yesterday, I discovered my rental property had a leaking roof that had leaked all the way into the house and I was freaking out! I contacted Champion Roofing to see if they were available for an emergency and they were able to send out a guy to take a look at the same day! Also, they were able to do a temp fix for me so there is not any more damage before I can get it fixed permanently. The level of professionalism, kindness and skill (and Speed!) was truly impressive. They really came though for me. Highly recommend this Roofing Company!

Champion Roofing Services, Inc is an A+ roofing company! In the midst of all of the horror stories and potential for scam involving roofing companies (especially after the most recent hurricanes over the past few years), it is great to know that there are still honest reputable companies that take pride in their work and make customer satisfaction their number one priority! Champion Roofing Services, Inc is one such company. They were prompt, affordable, very professional, reliable and Eric Wheeler made the whole experience relatively hassle-free. His professional knowledge and expertise were paramount during the process from beginning to end. He was fair, honest and upfront regarding what was to be expected during the entire process and he was readily available to address all of my questions and concerns. Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic! If you are in the market to replace or repair your existing roof, I highly recommend Champion Roofing Services, Inc.
