I Called and schedule appointment a week in advance,they where supposed call before they arrived and they never called,and just showed up…I contacted Keith about 10 maybe 15 minutes later and asked him why didn’t he called,he was supposed to call before he came,his words (I wrote the number down wrong) any professional would have said okay its my fault and would have waited,I told him that I was about 15 minutes away(remember he showed up early) but what did he do, says well I’m on my way to Charleston,we can reschedule,I said no because I booked this appointment a week in advance,then he gets an attitude and hung up in my face,WoW…..I wouldn’t suggest anyone do business with him,He’s very disrespectful….

After dealing with worthless roofing companies I found Midlands-Carolina exterior. I’m so impressed with not only the amazing work they did but how fast they had it done. They are so professional and nice. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely use them in the guy if need be.

A terrible job. Rotted wood was not replaced, didn’t find out until I had to go into the attic. Didn’t cut the valleys right, they cut to short exposing the original roof. I called and they put a make shift repair on it. The flashing was not formed around the chimney.Here are a couple of pictures.

It was a great pleasure and experience working with Midlands Carolina Exteriors!! All of the details were laid out from the very beginning and there were no surprises! I am extremely satisfied with the new look of my roof and my neighbors are raving about it! Very courteous, professional, and punctual company; Keith is the greatest! These guys are a joke. It took 2 months with a $1000.00 down (that they forgot about) for them to even take the job seriously. When they began to plan the job they ‘forgot’ our conversations about ADA compliance and had to increase the price because of the changes to accommodate. Truth be told we were probably just too small of a job for them but either way I was told 5 separate times they were pulling permits to start and I checked with out municipality each time, no permits. Just tell me you aren’t going to do it, don’t sit there and lie about it. Second star because they kept it professional over the phone. My thoughts were: if this is them before they build the roof, what is the workmanship going to be like?

Had our metal roof done by them last year. I recommend doing some research into the materials they use, and installing them yourself, or finding an independent contractor to do the same, because that is all they will do. The contractors they sent were extremely shady, one of the foreman rides a moped with a rebel flag. Also they didn’t bother to get a permit before ripping half of our roof off. They were stopped by police, which is a fun phone call to get during a workday; “Ma’am, the police stopped us because the other foreman didn’t get a permit. It’s about to rain, and we had already ripped about half your roof down when the officer stopped us for not having a permit, but I’m going to sneak back over there and put up a tarp in a few so the rain doesn’t get in”….great. Later in the process they had to be told to put our gas furnace vent pipe back up….I mean really guys?!?…It’s stamped saying “Gas vent pipe”. Oh, and you better hope you don’t have to deal with the owner Saul. He is extremely rude, which makes the whole process worse if you have questions. They showed us zero respect after their excellent salesman hooked us!! I imagine their skilled salespeople are the only way they stay in business. So buy the roofing materials yourself!!! Anyone can install it, hardly rocket science. They removed this review from Facebook.
