Cody came out immediately and did an excellent job in assessments. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the intake staff was very kind. I spoke with Josh and Tori the first time I called, and they were extremely helpful and understanding. I really appreciate Mike helping me with learning about financing as well. My wife and I are very pleased with how our new roof looks! We have actually had several people compliment it when walking by. I have been in sales for 44 years and our sales rep (Gary) from Big Boys Construction was one of the most knowledgeable and professional sales reps that I have worked with! Gary met with us to discuss shingle color options and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The day of install, Gary came to the house 3 different times to make sure everything was going smooth. The roofing crew used numerous tarps to protect my driveway, and home. The tarps even had the Big Boys logo which I thought was super professional looking! They completed my roof in one day and there wasn’t a single nail left behind on the ground, as I saw them going over the perimeter of the house numerous times with huge magnets on a wheeled machine. I see now why they have a 5 star rating! I would highly recommend Big Boys Construction and Gary for the sales rep!

Immediately when we met our main contact, Mike, he made the process seamless and easy to understand – from assisting with insurance to ensuring the final product looked perfect on our home, we couldn’t have asked for more from this team! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home in the future.
