Moss Roofing replaced my roof in 1 day! After the hailstorm, every other contractor in my neighborhood took at least 2 days to replace a roof. Robert was an excellent claims specialist from start to finish. He explained everything, worked with the insurance adjuster, and always went the extra step to make sure I was happy with the service. About two months later hurricane Berel hit. Before I could call Robert about a small leak in one of the vent stacks, he called me to see how the roof held up. He then came out to personally seal the vent stack and arrange a crew to repair the water damage on my ceiling – for free! Moss Roofing has an excellent focus on customer service. They go the extra mile. They sell a good product too.

I had Moss Roofing repair my roof and a leak after Hurricane Beryl when a tree landed on my roof. They were very communicative about my damage, kept checking in to cover my roof until the tree was removed from my house, and then they were there the same day that the tree was removed so no extra damage occurred! The guys at Moss Roofing were super easy to work with, quick on the job and did a great job–all for a very fair price. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Brian Townson came to my house to do a roof inspection and he was very professional throughout the process, took and shared photos,in a very efficient way. Brian is very knowledgeable on the roof topic, explained to me everything I was seeing and asking very clearly. He was also very responsive prior to our appointment. I would recommend Brian for your roofing needs, he is a nice person and a good professional.

Moss Roofing Houston did a great job replacing our roof! We had it replaced shortly before the big May storm and it has lasted through that and through hurricane Beryl. If you are in the market for a new roof, there’s no better choice than Moss Roofing Houston!

Big thanks to Sean @ Moss Roofing! Our new shingles bring a fresh updated look to our home. And thanks to Sean, the entire process was smooth and easy. From start to finish, Sean was there to answer our questions. He took the time to understand the overall look we wanted and helped us select the best shingle option. Sean and his crew were very professional and timely. They worked hard, knocked the project out in 1 day!, and left our property clean when finished! I am really late writing this review. And I feel pretty bad about it. Why, you ask? We, I had a great experience all around. Haygen Danneheim went about and beyond the call of duty. He was always on time, polite, and spent as much time as we needed to go over the details of the work. Haygen even painted some window shutters that were faded. Communication with Haygen was excellent. I am often busy with phone calls and conferences, so I am hard to reach sometimes. Haygen was patient and understanding and kept things moving along nicely. The day before the work started, Haygen was onsite doing prep work, he was there the entire day (into the evening hours) overseeing the roof replacement. Haygen returned the following day, and we did a joint walkdown of the property. It looked like nothing ever happened (other than our brand-new roof!). I would strongly encourage anyone to doing business with Moss Roofing. They are reliable, trustworthy, and they hire the best people! Well done, Haygen!
