Alex did a wonderful job explaining the process and coordinating with my insurance company. David ran a top notch crew and the crew were just great. When they left, you would never know they had even been there! I would recommend them to anyone! Even my own Mom! Lol! That is usually my bar for recommendations.

Called to get some repairs done on my roof after a storm. They sent someone out the very next day for a free estimate since it was late in the day and wasn’t an emergency. They were very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain the situation thoroughly. Was able to get the repairs done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the work. Would recommend them to anyone!

We were out of town during the hurricane, but I texted Daron and he was at my house within an hour of asking for help with a roof leak. The next day he was out fixing the leak and making things good as new. This is our second time using HSRC and I will literally not use or recommend anyone else for their roofing needs!!!

***UPDATE***: Houston Strong Roofing Business Owner, Daron, has reached out to address the issue. He also provided a response to my review below and completed another inspection on the roof. It’s not often that a business owner reads customer reviews and/or acts upon them. I’ve adjusted my score accordingly and appreciate the follow-up. Houston Strong came out, took an initial look at my roof, and advised of the damage. I filed a claim online. My insurance company sent a 3rd party vendor to assess the damage. There was an unfortunate miscommunication and scheduling snafu that resulted in HSR being unable to be present during the 3rd party visit. Things happen and this issue has since been resolved. I greatly appreciate the way business owner Daron listened to the concerns and handled the customer experience. He is extremely sincere, professional, and trustworthy. Thank you, Daron, for your time, effort, and expertise through this entire process. Houston Strong is a reputable business and stands behind their work, as reflected in their ownership and accountability.

They did excellent work. Completed job quickly. Chris Duran the project manager did an excellent job. Jack Mink the salesman was easy to communicate with and coordinate with. Daron Burt really helped with getting project approved by insurance. Highly recommend this company

I am so happy with the crew from Houston Strong Roofing. They were courteous, professional and very meticulous with their work. At the end of the job, the owner came and walked across the roof and checked it all to make sure it was to his standard, I would highly recommend Houston strong roofing.

When we were starting this project, it was a little daunting as first time homeowners and first roof purchase. Sarah made everything so easy and an entirely friction-free experience. Our project manager Chris was prompt in responses and communication the day of, and helped with a couple last minute requests we had. Overall, I highly recommend Houston Strong if you have honest, thorough, and high quality expectations for your roof repair or replacement.

From the initial estimate to the final project, everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me with getting some extra work done to the outside of my house and it came out better than expected. Sarah is great at explaining everything in detail and answering questions promptly. David, the project manager is responsive and makes sure the job is complete to the best of standards. I would definitely recommend using them for any roofing needs!
