I have held off from writing this review for a very long time; however, in light of recent events with Hurricane Beryl, there is no more appropriate time than now to share my experience with Braun’s Roofing before anyone decides to use their services. Attached are some pictures and a thorough email that I sent to the owner. My email to the owner also included those same pictures and a couple of additional pictures. Please read that attached email for details and more insight into my subpar repair. My roof was “repaired’ and turbines were installed circa June 2022. I was initially pleased because Jerry was kind and honest and advised that I only needed roof repairs and not a replacement. Once the work was completed, he said that my roof was good for “eight to ten years.” In November 2022 (four months later), there were horrible storms in Houston, and I had concerns that Braun’s Roofing’s repairs were not properly done because there was water damage on the wood in my attic and on my living room ceiling due to the heavy rains. I immediately called Braun’s Roofing to ask to have someone re-evaluate the work, and they did. Once Jerry and the arrogant employee (who I believe is named Pedro) returned to my home to check the leaks and turbine installation, they attempted to repair them and told me they were done. If you’ve read the attached email to Leo at Braun’s Roofing, you’d see that I had a contractor at my house over the course of a couple of weeks for an unrelated renovation. My contractor told me to tell them (Jerry and the employee) to use a water hose to run water on those trouble areas of the roof to ensure the leaks were probably repaired. Jerry agreed and thankfully so. Guess what? WATER FROM THE WATER HOSE CAME THROUGH INTO THE ATTIC BECAUSE THE LEAKS WERE INDEED NOT REPAIRED! I was upset. I called very upset and while their customer service lady was empathic, she advised me to send the aforementioned email to the owner. I sent the email and never received an acknowledgment or response of any kind. There was no accountability and I had to pay thousands of dollars OUT OF POCKET to have the wood, more shungles and insulation replaced in the attic and on the roof by someone who knew what they were doing from the beginning. For these reasons, I would not recommend them. My experience with Braun’s Roofing was an expensive mistake and I’d like to prevent someone from encountering an experience like mine. UPDATE: This has gone from bad to worse. Skeeter offered no apology or accountability whatsoever. He even called me a liar and said I never called or emailed them about this issue. We see that’s an integrity issue and clearly a lie because the email is attached. Also, had I not called, they wouldn’t have come to my house a second time to fix what they missed! He continously called me “Ms. Robinson” and told me I was “being difficult” when I corrected him and said, “it’s ‘Roberson'”. Then he asked questions as if he didn’t read the review. “Who came to your house?” “Tell me what happened.” Not once did he apologize or take any accountability. When I told him I paid $3,500 to repair my ceiling and attic because of their shoddy work, he responded and said, “You were ripped off.” How unprofessional and uncouth!! He claimed he was trying to help but got angered when I told him I called the office and emailed him in November 2022 when it happened. I asked why make an attempt to talk now if he truly intended to make it right? He never directly answered the question and got irritated when I asked again. I was expecting an apology or fair resolution. Instead, Skeeter was very disrespectful and condescending as a business owner and I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. EVER!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! WALK AWAY NOW !! We dealt with Westin and everything was good until I noticed some issues with roof si I contacted Westin and I explained to him and I also sent him photos via text and he said he would return my call I then waited so I called him a few times no answer so a month later after not hearing back I called the office and spoke with Monica and told her what was going on and that I no long wanted to deal with Weston if they could please send someone else … I hung up with her then not even 5 minutes later did Westin call and sent a text to me and I did not answer .. why should I have to call the office for him to return my call and tell me in a vm that he can come address the issue ???? Then I recieved a letter in the mail stating if Westin was the person I dealt with then he has to to be the one I speak with so I then called the office back and spoke to another lady which was rude I did tell her what was going on and she said if I didnt want to deal with Westin then I needed to write skeeter ab email explaining so I did …. and guess what I did it for nothing cause I called back to the office to ask if I could speak with skeeter himself and the rude lady answered and told me that sorry but your gonna have to deal with Westin (WASTE OF TIME ) I just wanted the issues addressed that’s all it wasnt suppose to turn into a huge thing UPDATE!!!! 5 years later no one ever reached out and look Baryl showed me exactly how horrible the work actually was… and our neighbors even noticed which is sad

Heard from Michael Berry show and called them during the Tornado in June 2024 after seeing shingles were blown off my roof. Even it is after hours and during the storm with bad cellular reception, they called me back within couple hours. Sent an estimator, Shell, over right next day. Shelly has been fantastic in evaluating my roof and gave me a fair estimate. The repair was done 2 days after on a Sunday. Since then, the repaired roof has stood couple big storms and Hurricane Beryl without any leak or damages. Will keep using them on any roof issues in the future.

Roof leaked after 6 years. Was under warranty and they didn’t abide by it in a sneaky way. They sent people out saying it was covered and “Skeeter” never answers his phone or calls back and acts like we never called him. There sales reps are even embarrassed by him. Basically they lie and don’t reply to fix it or show up. Very unprofessional company with shady work.

We had a tree come down in our master bedroom during that horrible storm on May 16. Jerry Greenhaw came out and tarped our damaged roof and patched holes. Jerry just put on a new roof and his crew was great. Thanks

About 9 years ago, Braun’s did our roof quickly, and not only did it look great; but with all of the rain we had, not a single drop got through. Update: we had hail damage and needed a new roof and, without hesitation, called Braun’s again. Craig from Braun’s was extremely helpful, because this was insurance he explained the damage and, sure enough, State Farm replaced the roof. Once again, roof looks terrific and we are glad we called Braun’s a second time!

Craig Wright and the whole Braun’s Roofing crew did a great, thorough job replacing our house and garage hail-damaged roofs. They cleaned up very well afterwards. Craig found the insurance company underestimated the square footage of our garage roof. He worked with our insurance, resulting in an accurate estimate, increasing our insurance payment considerably. Craig was professional, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. Braun’s pleasant, hard working crew arrived on time, as scheduled, and completed the job the next day, in spite of 2-3 hours of rain the first day. We highly recommend them.
