I contacted Activ Roofing of Houston for an assessment on the quality of my roof. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and were able to meet on a Sunday. Joe went beyond the assessment and patched a small hole. He ensured everything was secure and watertight before he left. Overall, Activ Roofing of Houston exceeded my expectations with their excellent service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Houston area in need of roofing repairs.

Very responsive and great communication throughout the process. Joe was very helpful in coordinating the work to avoid disruption to my neighbors. The crew did a fantastic job, was very clean, and my home and immediate surroundings looked better when they left than when they arrived.

This company is amazing!!! We had roof issues and gave these guys a call. John Jackson a roof expert for activ showed up the next day to evaluate the damage and walked us through the whole process educating us on roofs. When the roof was replaced John and Nick stayed on site to overlook the work and made sure everything was up to their standards making sure everything was complete and cleaned with no signs of roof debris. If you have roof issues and are not sure on how to go by getting it repaired or replaced I highly recommend you give Activ roof a call and ask for John Jackson he will walk you through it all and answer any roof questions you have.

If there was an option to leave more than 5 stars I would. These guys know their stuff. They were SUPER helpful to us throughout the entire process. They helped us with our insurance claim and were always available to answer any questions we had. The day of installation they kept us looped in every step of the way. Their customer service is top notch! My new roof is beautiful!!!

In today’s society much chaos is revolving around us.. Things we understand.. as well as challenging things not easily understood. I, myself being a homeowner; paying costly insurance on my home a challenge not understood… Why??? because my roof leaks in different rooms causing costly embarrassment!! “There’s just a few shingles blown away, which can be easily replaced ” stated by insurance adjustors. Feelings of frustration built up within myself… listening over& over countless times to replacement of shingles. This was basically roof repatchment being drilled into my head…Not roof replacement !!! Finally, I decided to meet with Mr.Nick Broussard. This gentleman patienly explained the inspection from my roof with pictures and easily drew out diagrams which simplified my concerns. He has willingness to walk step by step with you to get the process rolling for your roof!! Mr.Nick Broussard is professional, highly knowledgeable roof contractor,with expertise of being people oriented along with exemplary communication skills service with compassion!
