Pioneer roofing fixed my parents’ roof on Miami Beach over 40 years ago. That is important because no other company could seem to get it right. Recently Pioneer Roofing installed a metal roof on my current home. Mr. Nolte gave me the estimate; was knowledgeable, pleasant, professonal and attentive to all of the details and my many requests. I elected to have the roof reinforced to meet the latest hurricane standards which I would recommend. They even patched my roof during the time it took for the order to be placed and the roof to be installed – all with a smile and at no cost .Installation was executed perfectly – from 7AM-7PM completed in the week by true craftsmen who were exacting, highly skilld and pleasant. The work area was always clean and inorder. Now completed the roof is beautiful, up to hurrican standards, and I am secure in the knowledge that it was istalled properly. They have always been the best and continue to live up to that well deserved reputatoin. Great people, great product, great process.

I was quoted a reroof, without any due diligence,of 14,000.00! I got it done perfectly for 7…half!! Beware consumer!

Let me first start out by saying that I was very impressed with Pioneer roofing, read on for details. I had a leak that was difficult to determine where coming from. Pioneer when first evaluated by doing a water test thought that the location was identified. After doing a thorough repair, unfortunately the leak was not repaired. With that being said I spoke with the company and without any hesitation they sent a team to investigate the issue. I discussed with them whether they thought the work may have been larger than originally contemplated and offered to pay additional money for the additional time involved. To my surprise the company without any hesitation refused my offer and responded that they are committed to identify the leak and repair it so that my roof would be water tight. They explained to me that leaks could be tricky however they would stand behind their commitment. After a thorough investigatory process the leak was repaired. I was very impressed with their INTEGRITY and WORMANSHIP. I would like to thank Andrew Wharton, President, Greg their Supervisor of Operations and the 2 individuals that identified the problem and made the repair, Glennville and Abraham. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable roofer and would 100% use them in the future. Let me end by saying , You measure the expertise of a Sailor not when the winds are calm, and at your back, the true test of a sailor is to navigate in rough seas and winds that are coming at you in every direction. They are not professional, they tell you one in the beginning then when the work is done, they change the price. They also don’t care they break anything . They don’t want to fix it. They did not know which type Of nails they need and changed me extra. That should not be the case If they are professional l. Very poor.

I appreciate the professionalism of David as he researched paper records of my skylight installation from years ago. He located them so that I could complete my 4 point inspection in a timely manner. It would have been easy to dismiss my request with all of the other important jobs. Much appreciated the follow through for a former customer!

I kept hearing about this company on 610 WIOD so I called for an estimate since I need to replace my roof. The sales rep. Was polite and punctual. He promised that the estimate would be done by the end of the day and sure thing I received it. I was blown away by how much more expensive (thousands more) this company’s pricing was compared to other reputable roofing companies. They offered less for a lot more. Shop around because they are definitely going to put a strain on your pocket.

I have used Pioneer Roofing for all my roofing needs over the past five years. They have always been prompt, courtesy and done the job correctly. I recommend them and will continue to use them not only for repairs but my roof cleaning as well.
