I called had an estimate for a roof repair. They came out gave a quote. My wife set up the appointment for the roof to be repaired on a Monday. Monday came and went. No calls no contact at all. Friday comes, I call the office and I’m assured someone will be out same day. No one shows. Call back next week and I’m told I will get a call back from the scheduler…nothing. I would not recommend using this company of you need something done in a timely matter

JAG came to inspect the day after request, gave quote the next day and scheduled the work in good amount of time. Very polite and professional. The quote was very fair, and he did extra at no cost. He used above standard materials and did great work including clean up. I had a low spot in my roof which he eliminated versus trying a way to manage it. Would recommend JAG to anyone.

Very slow to respond, two weeks and several phone calls and no response to schedule the work. Pretty normal for the Carlsbad area though. I have seen their work and they do great looking work, I just wish they communicated better.

Responded quick to request for bid when other companies in Hobbs wouldn’t even bother calling back. Came in and replaced 50 square roof in a little over 1 day. Very professional workers that cleaned up well after themselves. Went above and beyond. Final invoice was exactly what the original bid was. Wouldn’t even think about using anyone else in the future.

Jag did a great job installing my new metal roof. One year later I called because my roof is leaking. Lady I talked to stated that they would call me before they came out. i stayed at home all day friday and NO ONE called me. At least call and state when you can come and look.
