Great company to work with. Rick went and inspected my roof the same day I called. After I picked my shingles, Bradley had a crew out within a couple days and they performed the whole job in one day. Quality work and much more affordable than other quotes I received.

Rick and Bradley are top-notch guys. Came to my house, Discused what color roof to put on . Explained to me what the benefits to the roofing that they use are, made sure I understood what was gonna happen when it was gonna happen. What could possibly happen what we would do about the things, if there were any problems, what cost would be concerned that he couldn’t quote me upfront and these guys showed up and did the roof in almost one day cleaned up well, super respectful. I have to say I do customer service for a living so I can be a very difficult customer to please , but I am extremely pleased. There was even a small mishap and Steel City Roofers fix the problem quickly professionally and you would never know that it happened. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with the work they did how clean and professional they were and how quick and responsive they were , beyond pleased. And the warranty that comes with their work is worth its weight and gold. I’m a firm believer that service plans and warrantees are simply buying peace of mind that your stuff will always work and the warranty offered with their services and products. Definitely give you a piece of mind. I’ll use them again in the future.

This is the best roofing company I’ve ever worked with. They do outstanding work and use excellent materials. Where most roofers try to complicate the pricing to try to get the most they can, this company was very clear and honest, they gave a good fair bid and there were no surprise “price hikes”. They were professional and courteous from beginning to end, on time and easy to get a hold of. They got the job done faster than I expected and thoroughly cleaned up afterwords without leaving any trash or even a single stray screw or nail on the ground. My new roof looks great and I couldn’t be happier.
