Carlos is an unethical liar who does substandard work that is not to code. His price keeps changing because the roof is supposedly larger than what he measured. He refuses to show where the roof grew in size. He refuses to file the supplement claim with the insurance for the roof supposedly growing in size. There are still broken items he has not fixed. Thankfully I have camera recordings showing the windows were not framed correctly and that wires were spliced in the wall. He claims he has moved out of the country for the next two years so supposedly doing follow up work will be difficult. He said he will come open up the wall again to check the framing; I’m not comfortable having him break open my walls again considering how poor of a job he did the first time.
