Top Notch roofing was great, start to finish. Alan was here through the whole process. He met with the adjuster prior & helped us understand how everything would go. When the roof was finished, Alan made sure everything was done properly & did a walk around to make sure all the nails were picked up & everything was done to specs. The crew that showed up to do the job was very respectful & treated my property like their own. When they finished, they had picked up everything & made sure everything was just how they found it. I would 100% recommend Top Notch Roofing. Ask for Alan! He will treat you right.

The company responded very quickly when I had a hole in the roof with a damaged turbine from the storm. Mr. Gilbert was professional and kind, and it was pleasant to communicate with him. He made sure everything went well smoothly and informed me of the progress with pictures of the roof. Initially, they were booked up and did not have the right turbine for my roof. They couldn’t repair the roof the day I contacted them but they came out to cover the area to prevent water damage. I was very happy that they scheduled the repair as soon as possible to prevent any further damage to the house before raining.

Great job and excellent service! They were very helpful while we were buying a house with a leaky roof. They patched it up until the sale went through then installed a huge, beautiful roof in only one day! I highly recommend this company. Gilbert is an All-Star!

Amazing customer service on a night filled with stress and fear. The first company I called based on a friend’s recommendation. I’m so glad I did! I called the number and left a message shortly after I discovered a nasty storm took part of our roof. DeeDee returned my call promptly and got me scheduled for a tarping since more rain was expected. Unfortunately they were booked out for a few days, but I took the appointment. Not sure what magic she worked, but she called me back within an hour or so and informed me someone would be calling me and would be trying to get to us that same evening. I received a call from Gilbert who just requested that I text him my information. He told me he has another stop about 45 min away (opposite direction across town) and would be trying his best to get to us. He texted and let me know when he was on his way. By 11:10 pm he was up on our second story assessing and tarping the damage. It rained the next morning and I didn’t have the fear of water damage because Gilbert and DeeDee had us covered (no pun intended). It had been a few days and Gilbert stopped back by the house to check in and answer any questions I had. They are currently helping me navigate this process and I’m so glad they’re kind, responsive, and professional! We have yet to get the roof replaced, but I will be sticking with them and update when the services are completed! Highly recommend!
