STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY CLAIMING TO DO YOUR ROOF THROUGH INSURANCE, EXTERIORMAX SCAMS YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY DAMAGED MY ROOF AND TOLD ME IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF DAMAGE THEY DID. ONLY HALF THE DAMAGE GOT FIXED AND I NO LONGER HAVE A WARRANTY BECAUSE OF IT. THEY ARE MOST DEFINITELY SCAMMERS AND I AM NOW FILING CHARGES AGAINST THEM… BUYER BEWARE…. Update Adam is now calling me and harassing me and threatening me, telling me i need to remove reviews that i posted based off my experience and experience to be true, being threatened to remove them is violating my 1st amendment right

My aunt Nancy recently had a roof replacement project finished. From Sharif S. that came by to of fer inspection to Logan Murphy who worked with us to choose products, explain how the process would work and Adam Shaikh and finally the roofers themselves, everyone was very professional and easy to work with. The job was completed in 1 day and the new roof looks great! Logan was awesome! He worked with Travelers insurance and got additional supplies taken care of. Would highly recommend this company for all who need repairs!

Brian, Adam, Joshua, and the rest of the EM crew were all amazing! I had a handful of roofing companies come to my door this spring and EM was the one I choose. I’m very happy that I went with them…great customer service, excellent workmanship, and high quality products used! We love our new roof!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with the EXTERIOR MAX TEAM. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Edgar Marquez provided a very knowledgeable, detailed, and transparent explanation at the beginning of our process of what to expect with the installation of a new roof. He was there to guide us from the selection of shingles all the way through to the completion of our roof. The responsiveness and constant communication with updates of the process was outstanding.
