I have had 3 roofing companies come to fix a wind driven rain leak. One company came four times and caulked and left. It took this company with their engineer to determine exactly what was going on.

Great re-shingle experience. Andrew Belk came and inspected the roof (not installed by Melvin Belk) and made recommendations to file a complaint with Mfg. Claim was denied. Andrew came back and worked with me to develop a quote to address our situation. Crew showed up on the date set for the work and “went to town”! Did a beautiful job and did a thorough clean up. No damage to any shrubs or plants. Andrew was quick to respond and resolve a small concern during the job. Had a couple of stops by staff in the days after the job, checking to be sure things were clean and satisfactory. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

First of all our roofing quote was right in line with other quotes we recieved, so we know we got a decent price. Second of all, Luke our estimator, was SUPER friendly and completely NO PRESSURE. I did not want a sales pitch or a pushy salesman. Luke was very down-to-earth and a straight shooter. My main concern was trust and honesty. Every step of the way, Belk demonstrated both. The work crew was fast and meticulous. All our shrubs and landscaping was protected with a tarp mesh. It’s a roof, so lots of debris when working, but the crew cleaned up well. They worked till dark because rain was coming. The crew called in extra guys to finish in one day. They even came out the next day to make sure no nails were missed. Angie in the office was also super friendly and personalbe. Very understanding and kept our job on schedule, even when our closing through the LMCU took longer than originally anticipated. Andrew and the team at Belk took great care of us after a tornado ran through our neighborhood in August ‘24. The day after he was here to inspect the site and dispatched a crew the same day to put temporary patches in place (roof, walls, windows) while waiting to work through the insurance claim. When the insurance adjuster came, Andrew was here to ensure his questions were answered. The work crews, whether Belk employees or subcontractors, were also fantastic asking for feedback and returning promptly to resolve issues. Thank you to Andrew and the entire team at Melvin Belk!

We had a great experience from the beginning to the end of our roof project. Our salesman Kevin was easy to work with and and went above and beond to handle the insurance issues and was alway available for any questions. The roofing crew covered everything around the house and did an excellent install. Sergio, the crew forman, was very approachable and friendly. They even sent two young ladies after everything thing was done and cleaned up to run magnets around the house again to make sure they got any last nails. They were great to chat with. What a nice company and outstanding customer service! We’d highly recommend using your company again!

Had a new roof recently and was very pleased with the way the crew performed. Clean up was done that day with a follow up clean up with in two days. I also had some siding repaired with Cal which did a fine job also. Mike Oele
