hayes & sons roofing llc went above and beyond my anticipations from the initial consultation to the final touch. after my initial outreach, they showed up and maintained daily communication about the process and my satisfaction. they took the effort to clarify the reasons behind their methods and procedures. they managed to rectify errors that were made during the original construction of the building. i can’t express how much i valued that. all the workers, including maxwell, ryan, and howard, were courteous, proficient, and my roof looks incredible! i would highly recommend hayes & sons roofing llc! thanks guys!

Hayes & Sons Roofing LLC are absolutely amazing. I got a quote from them towards the end of last year, and i was seriously impressed. Ryan, Brent, and Devin were the excellent team from this first-rate business that put a new roof on our home in Grand Prairie. They did the job quickly, neatly, and were highly professional and considerate throughout the entire process.

Ryan was a true leader when it came to mending our roof after it suffered hail damage in Grand Prairie. His professionalism was exceptional, and he consistently kept us updated about the ongoing work. This involved updates regarding the arrival of new shingles and the schedule for his team to replace our roof. His crew executed a commendable job, promptly removing the old, hail-damaged shingles and installing new ones. They also installed two turbines for attic ventilation. When the work was completed, the team undertook a thorough clean-up. I personally inspected the property and couldn’t find a single nail. ryan and devin were amazing to work with on our roofing project in Grand Prairie. It’s evident that they are committed to ensuring we had a top-notch experience. The roof looks downright beautiful! It has significantly improved the appearance of our house. I get the feeling that they appreciate not only their customers, but also their fellow workers. From the onset to the completion of the work, their professionalism and responsiveness were exceptional. The quality of the roofing work was first-rate. Ryan and Devin conducted a detailed inspection and explained my options for repair or replacement, after which they promptly scheduled the service. When rain threatened to disrupt the work in Grand Prairie, they quickly increased the crew size, with Howard, Maxwell, and Brent joining in, to ensure the job was finished before the rain could hit. Just last week, our roof and skylights got installed in Grand Prairie. After the installation, we experienced a rainfall, and everything held up perfectly. The team, including Ryan and Devin, were not only respectful but also highly professional. The sun tunnels, as we call our skylights, are simply stunning. They allow an incredible amount of natural light to pour in. While our view of the new roof is partially obstructed by trees, from what we can see, it looks fantastic.
