The crew at this roofing company, ranging from the front desk to the project manager, have been nothing short of exceptional. Every team member, including Shaun, was dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction with their roofing services. I made a request to alter the shingle color the day prior to the project. After checking, they found that my preferred color was unavailable. However, that wasn’t the final word. Greyson, the polite gentleman I spoke with, said, ‘hold on, let me reach out to our supplier’, assuring me he would return my call. Lucky for me, a delivery truck had just pulled up at the supplier’s, and I was able to obtain the shingle color I desired. Now, that’s what I term top-notch customer service! All of this happening in Glendale made the experience even more enjoyable.

They responded to all my questions and even worked with me to lower the cost. Only the highest quality materials were used. They didn’t make me wait a long time before starting the project. The job was completed within three weeks of giving the estimate and two weeks from when I asked them to roof my house. Even though rain shortened the workdays, they managed to finish the planned two-day job in just three days. They cleaned up daily during the multi-day project, leaving my yard and gardens in the same state they found them. My neighbors in Glendale have all commented on their quiet efficiency. Shaun, Greyson, and Bryson are part of an excellent team without any hard sell tactics, unlike other companies from which I got estimates. They will work within your budget and deliver superior work. Several years ago, we collaborated with Bryson and his team from Palmetto Roofing Experts Glendale to replace some windows in our house. We were so pleased with their work that we brought them on board again for a roof renovation. Our next project with them was an extensive revamp of a room, stripping it down to the bare studs. Throughout these projects, their work was prompt, thorough, and of the highest quality. They were professional and thoughtful in their approach. In the process, a strong bond was formed between Bryson’s family and ours, which continues to this day. A five-star rating doesn’t do justice to the outstanding service they provided in Glendale.

bryson, the project manager, and his team did a remarkable job on our roof and backyard shed in Glendale. They effectively replaced the flashing and fixed a new drip edge, while also handling the ventilation. greyson did an excellent job of tidying up, a service quality you don’t always see nowadays. i would not think twice to hire them again. Their sales representative was also quite nice.

The team at Palmetto Roofing Experts Glendale did an outstanding job in repairing the brick chimneys on our flat roof. They also installed chase lids, an excellent preventative measure against future problems. Shaun was particularly good at keeping us in the loop, providing timely updates along with photos at each stage of the process. This was fantastic, given that we couldn’t access the roof to personally observe the progress. The whole experience was commendable.

The size of the crew impressed us, as did the speed and precision of their work. Our large, steeply graded roof was completely finished in just 3 and a half days.
