The Ofc burned down. I tried to pay with a credit card for the full amount and they would not do so and then harassed me when the bill wasn’t paid. They advised me to take a cash advance on my credit card to pay them making their problem my financial problem. They told me their “New York” clients had no problem doing so and were more understanding than me. So I guess if you’re not a multi house owner, they don’t care about you even using insurance. Stay away from this company.
