We had a repair request after some minor storm damage. The staff is always friendly, quality work and why we always call them when needed! Faster repair then estimated. They even got a drone off our roof that had been stuck since December. Always goes above and beyond and will always recommend!

I have had Spandico replace my gutters, install gutter guards, and replace my roof over the past few years. The most recent project was the roof replacement. Rich at Spandico is always responsive and is very knowledgeable. I have a unique roof and he even figured out custom solution for my roof that looks great. I would recommend Spandico for future work.

After calling a number of companies and having no success in getting an estimate from them and some not even showing up, i call spandico based on a referral and so glad i did. They were great from the initial start. Gave me an estimate which i approved and scheduled the work within 2 weeks. They do great work at a very reasonable price. Ill highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future work!

I just had my roof replaced and gutter guards installed with Spandico. They were exceptional at every step – very prompt to respond to the initial inquiry and all subsequent questions and delivering exactly what they promised and when they promised it. My experience was 100% positive, starting with Nancy in the office, with Rich at my home and with the installers themselves. My roof looks spectacular and the cleanup was impeccable. Highly, highly recommend.

As I sit here in my home office, I am listening to the rain coming down. I am smiling because I know the roof over my families head is VERY well protected by the new roof Spandico put on our home last week. I cannot say enough about their professionalism! As an engineer, I am the kind of person who tries to fix things on his own, but a roof on my home is beyond what I want to tackle. That said, the Spandico representative went over all my questions in great detail. In fact, one question led to another and to another. The knowledge demonstrated was phenomenal. Aspects of my roof were pointed out that I didn’t even consider! It gave me peace of mind that the job would be done correctly. It definitely was! Carpenters came out ahead of the roofing team and fixed items ahead of time. Then in two days the team tore off the old roof, only replace necessary plywood, and installed spectacularly looking new roof over our heads. EVERYTHING was cleaned up. In fact, their representative swept the entire area with a magnet to look for any loose nails. The final day, a gutter specialist came out and finished connecting the upper level gutters to the lower level gutters. Overall, I cannot praise Spandico enough. We have found them to be extremely transparent, knowledgeable, and price competitive.
