Trusting, caring and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with detail, constant monitoring of crews, making sure everything was right and providing information I needed. I was so confident, and worry free with Benchmark. Having been through other roof replacement of my own and assisting my parents, Benchmark outdid every other experience Ive had. I still cant get over how impressed I am with them. My brother use to do roofing and construction and he said Benchmark did a great job on my roof. His gutter people and work crews are very good. I am so very pleased with my new roof and gutters. Thank you Benchmark

Neil helped me through a difficult journey. Insurance denied my claim. Neil walked me through an appraisal process and when the appraiser got the insurance approved, Benchmark and Neil’s crew did an amazing job. The roof is gorgeous and better than I could have dreamed of. Once out, the crew was done in about 5 hours, the cleanup was amazing. I would refer them to anyone needing roofing services.

Our house looks amazing! Neil’s crew of roofers, painters, and skylight installers did an exceptional job. They were all extremely professional, courteous, and cordial. Plus the craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. We are in awe of how well everything turned out. Working with Neil was a pleasure through his no hassle, full transparency work ethic. Neil went above and beyond providing what felt like white glove treatment to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Benchmark Roofing and Construction should be everyone’s go-to roofer.

Had them out to take care of a leak in my roof. They were very knowledgable and did a thorough job that took care of the problem. Will be calling them back when we’re ready to replace our whole roof.
