Great experience with Roy Pena, sales representative. Always responded to emails and texts promptly. Much appreciation to Antwon Hawkins, project manager. I was confident in the work on the roof as he stayed on site, and periodically checked the work. Very satisfied with the process of working with the insurance company to ensure work completion.

We cannot emphasize enough how professional, courteous and skilled Shanco was in replacing our roof. The roof work itself is exceptional and detailed. Each team we worked with was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed working with Steve who had project manager experience and therefore in the bidding/marketing process could explain in details the elements of the work. Kristen came next and she was absolutely super! She teamed up with Steve for the final bid and walk through. Steve got up on the roof so we could choose the shingles both in sunlit and shady areas, Kristen helped us pick all the flashing details. The leadership of a woman in this field (working with us women clients) and their deployment of her skill set was a testimony to the company. Gallo and his team were super attentive to protecting all around the house and left the site spotless. When rain got in the way of scheduling, they adjusted well and worked with us to make sure they got the best job done, working very late as needed. The teams were super hard workers. As you can tell, an excellent experience. Gallo came to do a final review and addressed a gutter issue wuickly and professionally. They were competitive with our other finalist bidder. A roof is an expensive undertaking and Shanco’s process and people made the whole experience positive.

I contracted with Shanco, specifically Trey C. after losing several pieces of siding in a bad storm. My insurance company wanted to only pay $800 and Trey and the public adjusters were able to fight on my behalf and get my entire house covered for new siding! That was a long fight due to all of the barriers and requirements of the insurance company but well worth it and they did it on my behalf. My new siding looks great! The crew was professional and swift. They took care and time to place my flood light wires behind the siding this time around so it looks even cleaner than when I bought the house! Thank you to Antione and his crew. To Trey who for suggesting I submit a claim for insurance and fight back when I didnt get the expected result! I would highly recommend Shanco and Trey C to anyone looking!

Solicited me for a roofing job even though the sign on my door clearly states that I do not want solicitors. If you won’t listen to me when you want my business, you sure won’t listen to me if I hire you. Also, there are signs at the entrance to my neighborhood forbidding solicitors like these. Don’t hire contractors who start out by ignoring local regulations and your requests.
