My parents used RoofSimple to replace their roof. It was a bit of a long process as they worked through the insurance claim with my parent’s insurance company – RoofSimple and their insurance restoration team had to fight a little bit to get the insurance to cover everything. After a few months of back and forth, it was finally settled and they came out and installed the new roof. I watched the crew as they installed the roof – they did an amazing job. I couldn’t believe how clean they kept the worksite throughout the project. The crew worked until dark, but they got it all done! Big shout out to Willy Johnson (yes, that is his name) who was our main sales rep (definitely ask for Willy if you call). I wish I could remember the project manager’s name who was on site with the crew, but he was awesome too. He even came back the next day to make sure that there were no scraps or nails left in the yard. It was a great experience and a great job!

My experience with Roofsimple was outstanding. Micah Willard, who is the Branch manager I worked with, was exceptional, as was the entire team. I had not been looking to replace my roof when they knocked on my door, but took the time to listen to their business approach of looking to find hail damage that was covered by homeowners’ insurance policies. The contract stipulated that I was only agreeing to have Roofsimple proceed with replacing my roof if my insurance company agreed to cover the total cost, minus my deductible. Roofsimple did not even charge me for the extra plywood that needed to be replaced, even though the contract clearly stated I would be responsible the cost of the additional plywood. Also, the contract did not include painting of the exposed new plywood under the eves of the roof, but Roofsimple also performed the painting and did not charge me. The honesty, ongoing communication, and quality of work performed by Roofsimple and Micah Willard in particular, was superb.

The experience from the beginning was easy and painless from putting the qoute togther with Austin to having the roof put on with Greg and they did a wonderful job. It looks wonderful. Thank you roof simple.

We had our roof re-shingled yesterday. Jacob and his team were awesome, and our roof looks better than ever! They were all very friendly and pleasant to work with. Roof Simple made the whole process of dealing with insurance a breeze! I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with RoofSimple. Alex broke everything down in the “getting started” process and made everything easy to understand. I was always informed of where we were at in the process! Tom and his crew were great to work with and were efficient, and I had a new roof before I got home from work that day! It look great and the surrounding area was clean! I would recommend this process to anyone!

I recently had Roof Simple replace the roof on both my house and garage, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The quality of their work was excellent, and the new roofs look fantastic. I would definitely recommend Roof Simple for anyone in need of roofing services. I had a few minor hiccups during the process, but they were dealt with promptly and professionally by the management team.
