The work was done good and right, but we came to fund out some wires had been cut, we havmd to call an electrian to come fix. Rick said to send him the bill but we had to pay it in full. We had asked Rick for a quote for a leaking flat roof, which most of the contractors in our area wouldn’t do. He came out and gave it a look, and gave us an honest and fair quote. He worked out in some major heat and didn’t complain. We would definitely use Rick and Action R&C in the future. I will recommend them to anyone needing help in their service area.

Action R&C replaced an aging flat roof with new material. During the install, they discovered a partially built drain that wasn’t used. They installed the drain for the cost of parts, even though the install required a bunch of rework on the original drain system. After that, we were waiting on a trim part to come in so we paid in full. Due to the supply shortages it took several weeks to arrive. During that time Action R&C stuck with us, responding to all of our questions and keeping us appraised of the status of the final work. Very professional work and cool people. We’ll be calling R&C any time we need help with our roof.
