M & J Exteriors LLC was great to work with. They went above and beyond helping us with a roof situation, before a storm, which could have affected the sale of my property (already under contract). After my property’s attic was inspected and l learned light was coming through, I called another roofing company in Frederick. That other company told me they could come in 2 weeks to provide an estimate 😟. Then I remembered M & J Exteriors LLC had just replaced my church’s roof and did a great job. So I called them, talked to Eli, sent the inspector ‘s pictures and explained the urgency (a storm was coming that same afternoon and the house was under contract). Within a couple of hours they came and replaced 3 shingles on the roof ridge of my three-level, 8 years old townhome. The price was affordable and they did not add an extra charge for the same- day service. Note my realtor also came over and watched them work, while I was away at work. M& J Exteriors LLC provided before and after pictures during the process and a final written report documenting the repairs. I cannot say enough about my experience with M & J Exteriors LLC.They came through and saved my pending deal. It’s rare that I would write a review and that I would recommend a company to friends and family, but this company exceeded my expectations.

Recently got one of our house sidings ripped off by high winds. I contacted M&J Exteriors and they responded promptly. I had someone come out and inspecting the property damages in no time. The process with my HOA and Insurance company went smoothly thanks to their thoroughly documentation and communication. We were informed of everything through the whole process which gave us peace of mind. We got new gutters as well and I would say that both projects look amazing. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to do some exterior renovations or is in need of repairs.
