We needed our roof and gutters replaced due to Hurricane Ian. We listened to many companies and pitches as to why they were the best. Truth is none of them cared about the property or customer, just the sale. Captiva Roofing was the 1st that spoke to us like customers, treated us like guests, and followed through just as expected. Nico was knowledgeable and patient which is something lost in customer service these days! The owner came by and spoke to us as if he was working along with the rest of the crew, that to me is what it is all about! I highly recommend if you want it done right with no “hidden adjenda” Captiva Roofing is the best! There were no surprises other than how amazing the work was in such a short time! Thank you!!

I had to get my roof and gutters replaced after Hurricane Ian and Troy and his team were efficient and professional. Troy especially went out of his way to offer his expertise and guiding us through the process of choosing our new roof. Our roof has never looked better!

Very pleased . After Hurricane Ian I had a few small repairs I needed fixed. I reached out to Captiva Roofing spoke with Martin. He was very professional and educated. He sent a crew out the next day to assess the situation they were able to repair and replace everything the same day. . All my repairs were addressed and fixed . I couldn’t be any happier. Thank you team!!

Got a new roof in Naples, FL from Captiva Roofing and the process was seamless. Not only did they get me the best price out of several estimates, they were done in 2 days! Tremendous job. I Had to have my roof and gutters totally replaced after the storm. This company and Project Managers, Niko and Jason were absolutely wonderful. They explained every step of the work to me, took pictures with drone, and called daily to follow up on next step. Week after signing the contract City permit and materials were delivered and roof was started. Wonderful craftsmanship and top of the line products and crew was so considerate and polite. They put tarps down all around the house to make clean up neater and easier. They also scanned the yard 4x with rolling magnet to be sure there were no loose nails laying around in grass or mulch. Very considerate gesture!! The roof looks so beautiful and I still have neighbors stopping to compliment!! I did my homework looking for a reputable and honest company and this Company surpassed all others. Their genuine caring and personal attention to every detail was a huge bonus plus the most reasonable price! (Best of all, I now have gained 2 guardian angels watching out for me and always calling to check on me!). Thank you so much for every thing !!!!!!!!!
