Sales person came out to assess the roof and was excited to work with him. He ghosted me and never followed thru. Very disappointed and apparently it very difficult to find a good roofer these days. ** I am editing my review based on your response saying you do not have record of me. They took a long time to start the job and when they started working on the roof it was during a storm. They sent subcontractors over on a Saturday it was raining and they were rushing because a tropical storm was coming. They did not speak English so I could not address my concerns and their office was closed on Saturday. Then I told the office certain things were not done and they still billed for those anyway.

If I had a do over, they would NOT be my chose. Their workmanship and quality is there. Got a quote I Jan. Of $14,000. Sept said let’s do it. (Used them 15 years ago) well everything has gone up. New quote $16,000. I trusted them. That was Sept 21st. After several calls from me, November 1st – we are waiting for the city to approve the plans. Nov. 21 Sunrise sent me an email – We have received your request for roof permit. WOW!! This behavior went on and on. February 2nd the final city inspection Passed. Spence then, 2 neighbors just got new roofs. Both were around $14,000. They even had upgrades I didn’t choose. Roofs were done in in no time. My loyalty cost me a lot of extra dollars and mental anguish.

We are so glad we choose NAST Roofing to repair our rubber roof. The first contractor just eyeballed the issue from the ladder and did not even try to pinpoint the leak. NAST actually walked the roof, showed us pictures, explained our options. Returned a second time to perform a strength test to pick the best product for our roof covering. After the job was completed we had a financial emergency and Marlene was so kind to work with us to complete our payment. They are the only roofing company we will ever use.

This company is a waste of time. I met with someone to go over the job. I called 5 times to ask for the quote and all I got was excuses. Don’t waste your time here.
