we were thoroughly pleased with the roofing job, the efficiency of the team, and the punctuality of their work. although some communication barriers existed due to a few team members not being fluent in english, everything turned out fantastic in the end. tristan, clinton, donovan, frederick, and jordan were all very polite and respectful while working in forest park.

amazing job and the price was fair. The team from Perry & Sons Roofing & Construction showed up and replaced the entire roof in a little more than 4 hours. Their customer service was top-notch and they were very responsive. Working with donovan was a pleasure. I’ve already suggested his company to two of my neighbors, whose homes were constructed at the same time as mine in Forest Park.

When comparing their rates with other estimates I got, their pricing is quite reasonable. I would not think twice about engaging their excellent roofing services again.

These roofers are exceptional. I reached out and Tristan, one of the actual owners, showed up. Initially, I was a bit doubtful, assuming a salesperson would bombard me with an hour-long pitch, but that was far from the reality. Tristan was straightforward and his demeanor is just wonderful. He provided me with a competitive price right on the spot, aligning with other quotes I had gathered. Donovan, the other owner, arrived with his team and conducted himself professionally, ensuring my siding and new plants remained unharmed. Once they finished the roofing job at the end of the day, my yard was even tidier than it was before they commenced. If you’re in Forest Park, I highly recommend these guys, they’re top-notch!

This roofer service in Forest Park is truly OUTSTANDING! The Estimator/Project Manager, Clinton, never fails to respond to calls and emails promptly. He provides invaluable advice and recommendations on the right roofing type and materials needed, without merely attempting to upsell. The roofing team is excellent, displaying a meticulous attention to detail that I found impressive. I was in the middle of another construction project, hence the team had to come back on a different day to finish off a small porch roof. They had no issue with this and were able to incorporate the small roofing job into their timetable, which allowed me to wrap up my project. If you’re based in Forest Park and require a roof replacement, I would strongly endorse this crew.

perry & Sons Roofing & Construction are pretty tied up at the moment, so it took a little while for them to start on my roofing task. However, i was understanding and when they finally came, they exceeded my expectations. Working with them was a breeze, and surprisingly, i only had to explain my needs once and they did an excellent job. On top of that, they offered a considerable discount because of the delay. This is a top-notch roofing company. i would definitely hire them again. I was impressed with the work that jacob and donovan did. They were in Forest Park, and they were superb.
