Had a flat roof surfaced in 2020 and have been asking for help getting the leaks to stop for four years. They will not return calls or emails.

Jim and his crew did a great job. He worked with the insurance company and in the end have a beautiful new roof. The roof was done in a day and clean up was excellent. He also installed new gutters. Would highly recommend!

Jim did a great job installing our new roof. We had a few leaks and Jim was able get us in before the up coming rain. He was prompt, responsive and clean up was great! Would definitely recommend!

“Merrick Contracting did a first-class job replacing our roof. We have a large, steep roof with multiple angles. The crew was professional, quick, and most of all did quality work. They were neat and cleaned up thoroughly. They provided me numerous pictures of the job in progress and completed, so I had confidence in the workmanship and that any damage underneath the shingles was repaired properly. Jim worked closely with me and my insurance company throughout the claim process for the storm damage we had. I heartily recommend Merrick Contracting if you need roof work.” –BrentM

I had been through 4 other roofers before I met Jim Merrick. I searched the best roofers in my area (Florence, KY.) and Merrick Roofing was #1. I soon found out why. I called him on a Friday and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. We sat down and hashed things out in one afternoon signed a contract and by the following Friday I had materials sitting in my driveway and his crew showed up at 8am the next day and the job was completed by 3pm including magnetic cleanup. Jim is very professional yet it feels like you are talking to family. Set your mind at ease the minute you put your job in his hands.

Jim and his crew were 1st class all the way. Jim was responsive to every phone call and worked diligently to replace our roof when we had significant damage due to high winds. Had a bad leak in my roof and they fixed it that same day saving me a major headache. Then when I had damage from fallen tree limbs they worked with my insurance company and myself to get the best deal and a brand new roof. I dont think id use anyone else going forward. They do great work!
