They came in with a good price showed up when they said they would stay until the job is done cleaned up better than it was when they started crew extremely professional, kind awesome always moving and picking up stuff. Hardly took breaks except to drink water and eat lunch, but was back up on that roof instantly there was no loud music at all like other companies usually do they all got together so well I would recommend these guys to everyone and Flagstaff manager owner is a good representation of his workers. Your company is just as good as what your workers make it.

Very unsafe,,watched crew drop debris on patrons as they walked by on sidewalk,,,they no caution tape,no cones, nothing to indicate they wear tearing off roof. Foremen was yelling at people not to park in front,,,He looked like a tweeker,no respect when confronted about safety,, very unprofessional,,, would not recommend,,,,I’ve been a tradesman here in Flagstaff for 30 years,,, Chris needs to straighten his people out,,jobsite mentioned is Flagstaff Food Center,,,,be careful if your walking under the eaves

Everyone from Ideal took great care of us. Brooklyn was quick to respond to our calls, Chris was incredibly fast getting his team into action. Sonny, and Billy worked super hard to get our roof cleared of snow and perform an inspection. Thank you!

Crisis was great we called him to come out to meet with our owners and to look at our roof Great price for replacing roof shingles His guys came out and started working on removing old shingles and as they found bad spots in the roof they showed us and walked us through on what they can to to repair it After the job was done they made sure that everything was cleaned up and that we where happy with the work that they had done Thank you Chris and your crew We will highly recommend Ideal roofing to anyone

Called 3 time within 4 months to request an inspection & repair estimate. to lazy to come out and do the work. would not recommend this company.
