I very highly recommend this company! We had a leak in our bedroom ceiling. I called on a Saturday, expecting to hear back on Monday. Not only did they come out the same day and do a fantastic job, they also didn’t charge us because it was a quick job and they had all the materials with them. When we replace our entire roof in a few years, we will definitely be going with them.

Follow up review…..disappointing responsiveness. In March, when shingles blew off after high winds, calls were made to JA to request repairs …. JA did arrive and repair work was completed. Was advised at that time new roof was needed. A few months later the new roof was installed on a Saturday….when I returned home on Sunday I was disappointed to find clean up wasn’t done and damage to my landscaping and property, I feel, was significant. After voicemails and texting with Joe….a crew was sent Monday to perform the clean up and he compensated me for landscaping damages…..that was in June. I’m still waiting for a new chimney cap and further discussion about my Generator damage…..no return calls or emails. Frustrating….lesson learned….don’t review or pay in full until you’re 100% satisfied.

It was great working with Matt. Was quick to come out to get us a quote. All new roof was put on in one day. It was very refreshing to have a contactor communicate and make sure we were happy with the work. Love our new roof.

I have used J. Alexander roofing multiple times on multiple homes and everytime it has been a great experience. They’ve replaced my roof, found a leak on my chimney – fixing it with a custom chimney cap and even repaired some fascia on my building. Their work is quality and their pricing is competitive. I’ve already talked with Matt about putting an addition on my current home.

Several great experiences with J. Alexander Roofing! They were out the next day when we had a small leak. About a year later they came back to install a new roof on our new garage. Fast, knowledgeable service! Highly recommend!

Matt came out today and was fantastic. He inspected our roof and gave us a quote. He told us our roof has at least 5 more years before it will need to be replaced. He will be coming back to do a couple flashing repairs. He was very professional, friendly, and prompt. 5 stars!!!

Good price and warranty. The crew showed up at 8am and had old roof torn off and new roof on by 4pm. They were very professional and did a miraculous job! When they finished and left the property, you wouldn’t even known they were here. They cleaned up everything, even debris that wasn’t there’s. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs roof work done!!
