We purchased a fixer upper that needed a new roof. Ubaldo and his team were fantastic! Ubaldo gave me an estimate the same day he came out to look at our roof. He answered all of my questions and communicated quickly when something unexpected came up. For example, most of the plywood was rotted from whomever roofed the house 30 years before. Ubaldo showed me photos and purchased supplies that day. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I would happily work with his company again and have already referred him to friends. I wish 10 stars were possible!

Last winter our 30-year-old tile roof developed a leak. In the middle of the rain, Baldo and his guys came and fixed the leak on very short notice. He advised that our roof needed replacement, so we proceeded with this job before the rains start this winter. Baldo recommended we switch to a tile roof, and explained why it would work better for us. He recommended a couple of different tile options, and we picked the one that seemed best for our house. Baldo and his guys did a great job. The new roof looks wonderful. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. We can recommend Aguilar Roofing very highly.

This is one of the best companies I’ve worked with in regards to home renovations. Ubaldos and his team were wonderful to collaborate with. They removed 2-3 layers of asphalt shingles plus wood shingles underneath a very steep roof during a heat wave. They installed new plywood for the entire roof, flashing, presidential shingles, etc. When I accidentally specified the wrong shingles and had issues getting a chimney professional due to an unforeseen problem, Ubaldos handled everything with patience and kindness. You can tell when companies treat their employees right by everyone’s good mental attitude. It can feel so vulnerable to have people at your home during an extremely invasive upgrade. The entire crew were some of the hardest and friendliest workers I have ever seen. They cleaned up at the end of each day and worked through the weekend to minimize the total time of disruption to our home. It can be challenging to find honest and reliable companies in the Bay Area that follow through with what they promise. So refreshing not to get some sales pitch and be passed over by several people. My phone calls were ALWAYS answered quickly, communication and updates were a 10/10. I’m grateful for the positive experience and cannot recommend Aguilar Roofing enough.

Aguilar Roofing was the third company I contacted to replace a roof. They we’re the lowest bid and they chose the right materials to make the job cost efficient and durable. then they came earlier than the planned date and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

OMGOSH this is the best customer service and roofing company! It was a fluke that I came across them and I am so happy I did! Ubaldo went over and above with customer service. He would personally call me with scheduling, concerns, set up the gutter repairs for me and so much more! This is a rental that needed a new roof and I live in another state and Ubaldo Aguilar made it seamless to do business with them! I am a realtor, and had a client use Aguilar for a new roof before close of escrow. Great job and reasonable price. I referred them for inspection and repair on a couple other properties, with great result. Then I needed a new roof on my home. It is GREAT! I had them replace an old skylight, and add two new Solar Tubes. Wow so much brighter inside now. Very happy to keep referring Aguilar roofing.
