My wife and I noticed water damage in our ceiling was quickly developing so we scrambled to get our roof inspected. We called Kevin Villanueva and LCR and they were extremely professional and timely. Kevin came over the very next morning and noticed that our roof had damage and he started dealing with our insurance company right away. Just a couple days later, after meeting with the insurance rep, Kevin fought for us and we were able to get a roof replacement fully covered by our insurance. I am super thrilled by the work performed by Low Cost Roofing in repairing my dad’s roof! It was in much needed repair due to storm and wind damage and I was going to begin the process of research companies when I recalled seeing Low Cost Roofing online and I read all of the positive reviews of previous work. Working with Kevin, the sales manager, was fantastic! He was professional, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. Given my busy work schedule, Kevin and his team were able to work with my dad’s insurance company on my behalf and took care of the inspection and much needed paperwork. Kevin promptly answered every question I had and I totally appreciated how Kevin stayed on top of things with me, as busy as I was, to keep things moving. His project manager and team kept me abreast on everything, from ordering the roofing materials to coordinating the roof repair work. And the outcome of the roof repair speaks for itself!
