Both the owner and sales and support staff were excellent in all aspects from of my new roof installation. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. The materials used were of quality much better than what the builder used 18 years ago. The new GAF roof has a 25 year transferable warranty. I would highly recommend Beall Exteriors for any of your needs

From the initial encounter through the finished roof, there was great communication about the products and the process, personal and professional customer service and a quick turnaround at every stage. They dealt directly with our insurance company and it was great to avoid that hassle. I hardly had to do a thing! I would definitely work with Beall again and recommend them highly.

Beall Exteriors recently replaced our roof and I cannot say enough about how great the experience was. Nick and his team made the process so easy. They worked directly with my insurance company to handle all of the paperwork. They came and installed the new roof in one day and it looks great, I would highly recommend them. Nick helped me to get my roof replaced through my home owner’s policy. The only spend out of my pocket was the deductible and the boards I had to replace. He is very professional and he knows his stuff very well. We went through the whole process within less than 2 months. The claim took a while but the process with Nick was only about two weeks. He made the process much easier than I expected. Thank you Nick!
