The Lariat Builders Group and Roof Maxx were absolutely wonderful in helping me with my roof issues. The owner, Carlo, expedited the process immediately and sent George, who inspected my roof meticulously and recommended the needed repairs and maintenance, which included the Roof Maxx treatment, giving me a 5 year prolonged roof life and a maximum of 15 years with three 5 year treatments, all at a fraction of the cost of a complete roof replacement. The repair team was quick and thorough getting the roof ready for Dennis to expertly apply the Roof Maxx treatment. Erin constantly assisted with scheduling and frequent communication making this a smooth transaction from start to finish. Home maintenance can be so stressful and I am very thankful to Carlo, George, Dennis, and Erin for their patience, kindness, professionalism, constant communication, and excellent customer service. I will most assuredly contact them for all my home repairs, maintenance, and renovations in the future.

Dennis and George gave great service. All went well with the application. I totally buy into the idea of rejuvinating my roof rather than waiting until it needs to be replaced. This approach adds to my life goal of reducing my carbon footprint. Now I wait to see how the roof weather’s as compared to the untreated roofs in my neighborhood.

Outstanding service, affordable price and friendly staff. The manager Dennis awesome person, provided and supervise directly all the job end to end. Great results. I was very satisfied. The challenge was big. My roof has been renovated and is like new. I share photos when the product was applied. When it dried everything was left with its original color. Thank for your help and support.

Carlo was very informative and patient! Not pushy at all! Very honest. Dennis was very friendly and also informative. I just had maintenance work done, but I told Carlo that when the time came for a roof replacement. I would call them.

It’s been a very long time since I have received so much great customer service and professionalism. Starting with Rick coming to my home and taking the time to explain everything in detail was amazing. Then the workers who came to do the touch up and roof repairs before the treatment were fantastic and very courteous. The gentleman who applied the treatment to my home was Dennis, this gentleman went above and beyond doing his job and cleaned up everything as if no one was every here. Last but not least my appreciation goes out to Erin the voice behind the phone, she was very polite and professional and probably the best communication skills I’ve seen in a long time and always followed up to make sure everything was taken care of, not once did I have to try and call or be left on hold with and automated person. My deepest appreciate to all of them and to the company for putting their customers first. Will definitely refer other family and friends to have this service done to their homes. Thank you all so much and keep of the awesome work you guys are doing!!!!

Let me just say; The excellent solution and service that Roof Maxx provided to me is precisely the pedigree of support that all other professional services in El Paso should take their cues from. BACKSTORY: In the prior 18 months; I had been experiencing somewhat of a nightmare with a roof that I had contracted out from a local business ( I won’t mention names) . The workmanship on that job was so shoddy and amateur that it not only failed to protect my home from existing roof damage, but it had actually added more to the damage. That contractor could not repair the damage or honor the warranty. Left me hanging with a sick feeling. However, my search for a competent contractor persisted. Lo and behold… I then discovered Roof Maxx. I spoke with Carlo Quintana and explained my situation. We agreed to meet, and he inspected my roof. He was the first and ONLY contractor (out of many other contractors in El Paso) who correctly identified the exact sources of leaks in my roof. Carlo then presented appropriate options with a realistic and reasonable estimate/quote. My roof had required 4 major repairs (The pictures; along with thorough explanation verified necessary repairs) around my Chimney, A/C Unit and proper installation of flashing in the Convergence areas of the roof. Thank you, Carlo! The work was done in a timely fashion; Completed to specs; and the best part…You did this under the auspices of general contracting and still out-performed two (of which I experienced) Roofing ‘Specialist’ contractors. KUDOS to you and Roof Maxx; You made my “A” list for sure 🙂
