It was comforting to have someone that was so professional and knowledgeable on our side. The workmanship was fantastic and the roof and siding look beautiful. Exceptional customer service and high quality work. We had a small amount of damage but roofer recommended we file an insurance claim as the roof had other damage that would possibly justify a new roof. Insurance reviewed roofers recommendation and authorized a new roof for our house. Thanks for everything and I will make sure to recommend your company to all my friends and family.

Sorry for over sharing, but, I had been going through turmoil with my roof and insurance company for quite some time. My roof had been replaced in 2016. Not good workmanship. Having had patch work done on my roof after 2016, it continued to leak. Insurance finally came through for a full roof replacement, as well as the damage to the inside ceiling to be repaired again. I did a lot of research on roofing companies in El Paso. Made a lot of calls, some didn’t show up, one showed up and tried to sell me solar panels, when I said no, didn’t hear from them again. These were companies on the BBB site. It was frustrating. Make sure you do your due diligence. I Wanted to make sure that I didn’t have the same problem as before. Mr. Armendariz, Owner, very smiley, personable, and thorough; came out, checked things out, provided an estimate, absolutely beyond reasonable, which I didn’t expect.(honestly, raise your prices) I decided to go with Pioneer Roofing and I’m completely satisfied. I am so appreciative of Hilda for putting up with my endless text messages, thanks again Hilda. The young men that worked hard everyday on my roof. The men that fixed the inside ceiling in record time, like 3 hrs. Talk about efficient. I feel so grateful for everything, I broke down crying, feeling stress free, finally being able to put this headache behind me. I would definitely recommend Pioneer for any roofing needs you might have. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again.

Choose Pioneer Roofing! My husband and I have had other businesses/contractors no-show to scheduled appointments a number of times, but NOT Pioneer. Pioneer was always responsive and super reliable!
