This has been an extremely positive experience from start to finish.. We suffered hail damage to both our house and garage.. Marlin from Empire met the insurance adjuster on the roof, and Empire guided us thru the whole process.. yesterday their roofing team not only did the roof replacement on both house and shop, but also repaired snow load damage to the shop’s trusses..they worked from 7 am to 8;30 pm, got the job done, and did a meticulous job of cleaning up.. This has been a definite “5”” experience, and we would recommend Empire unconditionally to any homeowner needing roofing work..

This was one of the best contractor experience’s I have had with a company. Quick straightforward no pressure estimate process. They completed the project in a single day and appeared to use high quality products. Was able to address some minor structure issues I had without issue (pigeon pest control). It has rained since this work was done and I was unable to hear it hitting the roof. I am very happy with the work that was done, will hire them again for any future roofing needs.

Our neighbor had Empire out last summer to install a new roof and were amazed that they did it all in one day. We decided to have them come out and do an estimate. Their estimate was the most detailed I’ve ever seen from any contractor. Combine that with their high degree of professionalism, we knew that they were the choice for us. Once all the materials arrived, the crew came out and installed the roof in one day. Usually with these roof installations I would still be finding nails to this day in the yard but haven’t found a single one. I would highly recommend Empire Roofing to anyone that is looking for a new roof.

Empire Roofing is a great company! I worked there while pregnant and the other employees are all very kind and understanding people:) the crews were always respectful and hard workers. The office guys all like their jobs and we still have a good relationship after I left which says a lot about how the company is run!
