Despite I had some issues on the beginning I felt very confident after they named Luan Brito to take care of my project. Luan is a great professional and really cares about the customer. This is a great roofing company. They care about their customers and will go the extra mile to make them happy. I guess that’s why they’ve been around so many years. My interaction with their entire team has been positive. A special shout out to Luan (the project manager on my metal roof installation), he’s a great communicator and stayed on top of everything. SK Quality Roofing did an outstanding job installing a metal roof on my home in September, 2023. All of their employees were professional, from the sales person and project manager to the office staff. They answered all my questions, kept me informed of each step, we’re prompt, coordinated their work with the Roof to Wall Connectors contractor, and cleaned up the construction site. My new roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend SK Quality Roofing.

One of there drivers Was tailgating my daughter and flashing his brights into her eyes as she tried to drive to school. I was in the passenger seat and witnessed this. watch out for the guy that’s in this number and truck on the side CCC1329590!! I will definitely be calling the cops if they pull this again!!! The owner actually called me. IT’s says something about business, most don’t care. I do appreciate it.

Outside of the timing of the tile which has been on a nationwide back order, which is in no case something SK can control, the process has been 100% satisfactory. They’ve been in constant contact from day 1 and during the tear off and installation process a project manager has been on site coordinating and answering questions and handling neighbor interference (as anyone in an HOA can appreciate). Very much so get my approval and endorsement to anyone in the market to replace their roof!

We had a small leak and SK Quality Roofing was recommended by my insurance company. Working with them was a breath of fresh air when dealing with contractors. The gentleman who did the initial inspection did not try to find “extra” stuff that needed be done. Their communication was excellent, not only did they show up, but you re-scheduled to an earlier date! They called the day before to confirm and the young man who did the work called to let me know he was on the way. He showed up ON TIME and completed the job and cleaned up. Although none of these are big deals, my past few dealings with various contractors show that they rarely communicate or show up on time.
