Jordan Batts was not honest with me. This company has been sold off to G & J Roofing without my knowledge while my reroof was still in progress. Now I can’t get in contact with KMR as the number is transferred over to the new company and G & J refuses to continue any “loose-end” jobs. And Jordan’s email address was deactivated and he “doesn’t know why” he can’t log in. Amazing. KMR claims the inspections of the roof were being scheduled and done. However, when I called the City of Sunrise, none of the required multiple inspections were completed. I have paid thousands of dollars already for the roof and I have to hire and pay another contractor to complete KMR’s incomplete work. If any of the inspections fail (which they commonly do), I will be charged to resolve the issues. To add salt to the wound, one of KMR’s trucks drove over and damaged my sewer line cap and the HOA is billing me and my neighbor for the repair. I have recorded video footage of the incident and Jordan agreed to pay for the repair, but now I cannot get a hold of him. He and KMR has totally abandoned the project and ghosted me on all methods of communication. I would be leery of any business venture Jordan Batts or Edgar Rojas decides to go on. This business reeks of scam based on my personal experience and I have already filed a formal complaint on DBPR and will be consulting with a lawyer to pay for the money I have to come out of pocket with to complete this 7 month long project and reimburse my HOA. EDIT: Response to G & J: I reached out to you guys on April 1st and now you finally claim to want to help and we’re almost in July. I spoke with Gunnar and I recall my job being referred to as a “loose-end.” He did reach out to Jordan to give him credit (Jordan never reached out), but offering “assistance” almost 3 months later is too little too late. I’d stay away from G & J Roofing as well. An honest business would try to provide immediate assistance in a case like this even if they stand to lose a bit of money because it’s just the right thing to do.

I had the worst experience with KMR! They abandoned our roof project, leaving us with a half-finished job and no inspections done. We were forced to pay for the incomplete work because they didn’t obtain the necessary inspections. This company is completely unprofessional and does not care about their customers. I’m writing this review because I want to warn others about the potential disaster that lies ahead if you choose to work with this company. My husband’s name is Jahkell Lazarre and the job was under his name, so don’t bother trying to dispute it. Stay far, far away from KMR. You’ve been warned!

Edgar and his team were responsive, timely, and a great value for the repairs needed on my roof. They provided before and after photos and the patch work came with a two year warranty. I highly recommend KMR for your roofing repairs!

I would like to start by saying how happy we are with their service. From the 1st day to the last there were no issues. We had to have a whole new roof, and these guys made this process painless for us. At the begging I told Edgar that I need him to do everything, I did not want to deal with the HOA, permits or anything like that. I wanted to be headache free with this process. And Edgar did just that. There wasn’t a time where we were wondering where we at with this. We would get a phone call or a text with the updates almost weekly. We didn’t have to call them or chase them for the updates. The only thing that we had to do is to pick a Color for the new tiles and that was the extent of my headache. These guys are solid. Very professional, on time, and always there with any questions that I had. I recommend them to everyone that I talk to and will continue to do so. Thank you to KMR Roofing for everything.
