The owner of Donald’s Company, Tracy, got in touch to explain that a call was indeed placed, but unfortunately the tenant in Dana Point didn’t answer. I really appreciate Tracy reaching out to clarify the situation. She even offered to make another attempt to contact the tenant. It was a very constructive interaction.
