I have them repaired the leak on my upstairs bedroom ceiling last fall. They checked the roof using a drone (not in person to be up on the roof to check where the leaks are). They replaced a few roofing material here and there and didn’t show me exactly what was done to mitigate the leak. I just trusted them based on 5star review. 10mons later I noticed the leak on the same spot…very disappointed.

I only have good things to say about paul, one of my friends recommend him and precision restoration. I wanted to get my gutters checked out. He came out and he inspected them right there at the moment. He was excellent what j loved the most was the energy level he had and he was also very informative. If you are looking for someone you can trust I would definitely say to call Paul at precision restoration.

I spoke and met with a gentleman, Paul. He was impressively professional and was able to answer every question I threw at him. He also enlightened me on crucial matters that pertained to my issues off what he diagnosed. Paul was very flexible with my work schedule so I could be present while he inspected my roof to verify the root causes of my problems.

That charming, young fellow, Paul, was just so kind and very informative. He was able to clearly answers the questions that I asked him about my siding, when he came to check it out for me. Made me feel at ease about considering the company to do my job.

Let me start out by telling you if you deal with Paul you will not regret giving precision a call! Paul was very informative, he came by looked at my house and educated me on the roofs life span, what to look for in the future so I know when to call again, etc. Paul had the best customer service I’ve ever seen, the way he communicated with me and was very knowledgeable. Very thankful I gave this company a chance, no matter the price paul will end up putting a smile on your face !

Paul came out to inspect my roof. He arrived promptly when he said he would and was very friendly. He educated me on some potential issues that I didn’t even know I had. He was great at explaining everything he was doing and helped make sure I understood every step of the way. His communication was excellent and he was very professional. You can just tell he knows alot about this field of work. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul was very knowledgeable and professional when coming to inspect my roof! He was very informative and even knew looked at all my doors and windows! He was even great with my dog (who can be protective of the property). I highly recommend Paul and his team.

I had a young man by the name of Paul come to my home to look at our roof & windows. This young man is DEFINITELY an asset to this company! His knowledge was beyond anything I have known. He educated us on things we would have NEVER thought of. His level of respect for our home & his mannerism was the utmost respectful. I have had several businesses out here for quotes & not one of the others were as pleasant as Paul. Once we are ready to move forward, he will definitely be getting our business. Paul came to my home to look at my roofing. He discussed with me the lifespan of my current one and also talked with me about window options. He was on time, professional, and informative.
