Pratts Roofing created a great customer experience for me. They replaced my roof in a day and a half. My roof replacement was covered by insurance, and Pratts worked directly with the insurance company to coordinate adjuster appointment, payment, and all details. While they do not do gutter work, they coordinated with gutter company to have gutters replaced managing all the scheduling and all details. They made the entire experience simple and completely pain free. I highly recommend this company!

Nathan truly cares for his clients. It took 4 months to help me prove my roof needed to be replaced after I personally was denied by my insurance company. He continually emailed, took multiple videos to prove my roof needed replaced , and many phone calls to help me. Call him.

Nathan guided us through the whole process with our insurance company. His dad was here all day with the 10 man crew on installation day. They worked for 14 hrs to get the roof removed, repairs made, and installed in the same day. If you need a new roof, definitely give them the opportunity to give you a quote.
