we were dealing with significant issues in the valleys of our 25-year-old tile roof. the team at martin family roofing & remodeling, specifically leonard and theodore, identified the issue and quickly fixed it. they did an excellent job in replacing the crucial parts of the roof, approximately one third of the over 5,000 square feet that were affected by leaf buildup from a ficus tree, which caused the underlayers to rot. since their intervention, we haven’t experienced any further complications. we know that in the future, we will need them to come back and address the remaining areas of the roof that weren’t included in this repair job. their service was timely and professional, with great follow-up. all the work was completed in our dallas home, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
