REPEAT CUSTOMER, unfortunately I DO NOT recommend Bold Roofing. Last year in January 2023, my roof was replaced by Gabe and Bold Roofing. This past May 28th, 2024, we endured new damages due to the storms. On May 31st, I called Gabe with Bold Roofing and notified him to please come check our roof. I didn’t inform him that the insurance adjuster had already been by and recommended a total roof replacement. Things to consider, I am repeat business, there’s no solicitation, and just confirming that a replacement is necessary. A slam dunk in my opinion. Unfortunately, more than 5 attempts as of 6/22/24, I have yet to have Gabe and Bold Roofing check my roof. It’s back to the drawing board and interview 3 roofing companies who are ready to do business. Ample opportunities were provided to meet and discuss. Keep in mind, in each attempt an agreed upon time was discussed in which I had to accommodate Bold’s window of opportunity and be available for the meet. This is a tedious, frustrating and time consuming process I was trying to avoid. Owner – please don’t bother to provide an excuse, I guess business is good and wish you the best of luck. Although, you should value repeat customers as they are already sold with your services. Formulate your own opinion.

We recently had roofing project completed with Bold roofing, Bob (Robert) examed the hail damages of the roof and surrounding in details, identified items were missing from very first adjuster’s checking; he represented on our behalf and worked with insurance company to settled the reward payment; he also shared professional knowledge on shingles selection and etc; the teams worked on roof, gutters, painting, garage doors in timely orders and the quality of projects completion is fairly well. At the end he provided certificate of shingle class for possible insurance premium reduction, and completion certificate. Overall we are satisfied with job done.

I highly recommend Robert (Bob) Stevens and Bold Roofing Company. I truly have had a pleasure experience with Robert since 2021 for my roofing needs. In May this year, I called Robert for a leaking of the ceiling and he quickly came to my house and diagnosed the root cause of the problem. He and his team are very professional and did an excellent job to reseal all pipes on the roof to stop leaking.

Bob is a great guy, I cant imagine a technician visiting your home, checking what is wrong and not charging you anything(even when you offered to pay) and not accepting a fee and making recommendations to fix the issue. Rare and pleasant experience!!

Bob and Bold roofing did a great job for me replacing my roof in 2016. Now I had one shingle come loose in the recent storm and Bob came and fixed it right away. Bold Roofing is reliable helpful and always trustworthy. Thank you Bold Roofing!

My family has been using bold roofing for the last 10 years and have replaced several roofs with them over. They don’t recommend unnecessary repairs and are willing to fix loose shingles. They handle all the communication with the insurance company and show up when you need them. I highly recommend them

My roof was installed by Bold Roofing in October 2021. It has been fine and trouble-free until yesterday morning when a horrible storm damaged several shingles, leading to a water leak inside. I contacted Bob Stevens, who was in charge of my roof replacement. He promptly assigned an amazing technician to fix the issue today. The repair was completed within three hours at no charge since my roof is still under a 5-year warranty. Everything went smoothly without any arguments. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Bold Roofing!
