Professional Roofing is more like non-professional roofing. Use them and you will soon find out. José Álvarez will eventually yell at you if you dare to ask the wrong question. It will act as if you are building the taj majal for your roof. I guarantee he’ll yell at you at some point. I will also guarantee that your bill will go up. Delays will come with excuses. He will talk very well, until, of course, he gets your money. That’s when he knows he has you. The roof you installed is fine. It’s not like he built chapel sixteen. They promised to cover our pool, that didn’t happen. He ruined our pool and when we told him that the pool was not covered as promised he could only yell at us that he is a professional who thinks he is talking too. Nails, debris ruined the finish. Every time I pointed out the inadequate work, we always got the same response as if he had simply never seen this before from his team. It’s not that he’s ever been there or that he probably can’t even get on a roof. I could give you a lot of additional details about why you wouldn’t want to use them, but unfortunately, you’ll find out if you make this mistake. Failure to track will result in add-ons that will make your estimate much higher than the other company you chose not to use. We totally regret using your company. When they made the recommendation to us, his family was helping. They told me that not even they could work with this man. We suggest that you should not do this either. Read your contract, make sure you have a good lawyer available.

Best kept secret in Miami for roofing jobs. Family, minority and locally owned and operated. They’ve been in business for over 28 years and do a lot of high end commercial roofs but also do residential and waterproofing. Jose, Wanda and Antonio run an amazing company with their employees! Very disappointed with this company’s unprofessional conduct. I had the same issue as the other reviewer in which the incremental cost was extremely outrageous. I made calculations and based on the incremental square footage, his increase in cost made no sense. And, to add insult to injury, when I requested an explanation and breakdown of the increase in cost, I wasn’t provided with one but simply kept on getting billed. Once I spoke to the owner and demanded an explanation, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. To close, I do not recommend this company even if it is the lowest bidder by far.

They installed my metal roof, within a week. It looks beautiful, and Jose was incredibly professional! I recommend these roofers!!
