Gage was on top of everything including offering some helpful suggestions & opinions that we had been extremely pleased with regarding our roof and gutter replacement. I cannot say enough about Gage and the team at Jarvis! We had our entire back covered patio collapse under the weight of this year’s heavy snowstorm and Gage helped us through all of it. From boarding up the window it came through on the day it went down to 30 below, to the finishing touches, these guys were great. They reconstructed our pergola and we’re loving how great and solid it is. With the damage to our siding, they did new siding on our whole house and we just love it. The guys worked so hard and with such attention to detail, cleaning up after themselves each day. They asked a lot of questions to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction and followed up with anything we asked. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We just had our whole roof(including skylights) replaced. Jarvis Exteriors did a phenomenal job. My husband used to do roofing when he was younger so he knew a lot and even he was WAY IMPRESSED with the quality, workmanship and attention to detail….. The Sales Rep (John) whom I dealt with all the time was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and efficient. He always returned emails, texts, phone calls in a timely manner. The crew was always here when scheduled and John is a very “hands on” guy and was very involved with the process making sure things got done right. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of their work was exceptional. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

Jarvis did a complete tear off and replacement of my very large roof in only two days, even though there was extensive deck repair needed. Their crew was efficient and courteous. The cleanup afterward was immaculate. The price was excellent. I could not be happier.

Great service! Tim at Jarvis provided the quote and was able to have the installation done in between the winter weather. Mike and his team were very professional and did a great job. I’m very impressed with this company.

The team Members at Jarvis were amazing! Every staff member I dealt with were truly awesome, super nice and were always willing to answer any questions I had asap. DAVID my estimator was so easy to work with and made this whole process very smooth and stress-free!!! I highly recommend this company!! they did an amazing job on my siding and gutters. We worked with Tim Richert with Jarvis on a tricky leaky roof repair at our home in Algonquin. Tim was outstanding to work with. He spent time in our hot and cramped attic trying to diagnose where the leak was coming in. He took a conservative approach to the initial repair, and kept in continual contact with me to see if the repairs were successful. He did not invoice us until he was certain that the repair worked. Countryside in Streamwood did the original roof install and called them first to attempt this repair. They failed twice and that is when I called Jarvis. I simply want all readers to know how much I appreciate Tim, his professionalism, communication, timely response and quality of his teams work. When this roof needs to be replaced it will be done by Jarvis, because of Tim.

This company is the most professional roofing contractor I have ever used. Not only did they finish in a timely fashion they also did my Siding, Gutters and painted the front of my house. I can’t say enough about this company and I would like to also mention David Paul & Brian so professional if u call them they return your call immediately. The whole team of people who work for Jarvis are the type of people everyone who need roofing siding or gutters should hire. Would recommend JARVIS EXTERIORS To All
