I changed my rating from five to three stars. This is why. About a month after the initial roofing we had a leak where the roof HVAC unit is. Jose came out to fix it. A month later another rain caused a leak there. Jose and two crew came out and fixed the second leak. So far so good, and it seems the second fix worked. Hales has a great guarantee, but this should never have happened even once, much less twice. I am disappointed in one small part of a job otherwise done very expertly. The repair interactions took my time and energy, which I regret, but honestly I would use Hales again if I needed a roofer. I feel what happened to me is not the norm for Hales. By the way, Creighton, the person heading crews, was VERY expedient in getting the area tarped quickly and they were at my house 30 minutes after my leak complaints. The following is my initial five star review. Hales Roofing Co. is a great business. From estimating to job completion it was a first rate experience. Every person we came into contact with acted with professional courtesy and all had expert knowledge to offer, and there was no nonsense along the way. Jose’s crew completed our large low sloping roof with TPO, a fairly new product that has hot air welded seams that are leakproof. Jose and his crew did an excellent job with the TPO. The pitched portion of the roof was done by Tyler and his crewman in traditional three tab asphalt shingles. Due to rain, It took a little more than a week to complete the whole roof, and our Chihuahua is glad the noisy process is behind us. All in all, we could have saved a few dollars and gotten the kind of service from other roofing companies that our neighbors complain about, but our choice of going with Hales was the correct one for us. We got a good and lengthy guarantee that, by all accounts, is well serviced by Hales. This is an honest reporting of our experience. Thank you Hales!

When we were looking for a roofing company, I checked web & neighborhood reviews, licensing, and ROC status, and Hale’s consistently came out on top – with good reason! Tyler and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof and skylights. They are professional and friendly. They showed up on time, let us know exactly what they were doing, and cleaned up the job site every single day. The finished roofing job looks terrific. We highly recommend this crew and Hale’s Roofing.

Hales Roofing is exceptional. Nick worked us into his schedule and explained the process very well. Tyler and his team were great. They arrived promptly every morning and got right to work. Tyler is very good as a leader of his team. He assigned each task and they got to it. They were all very courteous and explained any question we had. As requested, each day, upon completion, they covered the dumpster; made sure gate was closed while they worked so has to keep my kitties in yard; they cleaned up every day. HALES ROOFING cares about service and customer service. I highly recommend their company to everyone.

Hales roofing is great! Creighton, Tyler, and the other guys on our job were just phenomenal. They also did the roofs on 2 rental properties of mine and did absolutely great. They put a tarp under their truck to keep any possible oil off the driveway. When the job is complete, they completely clean up …I have had contractors that leave trash behind, etc….Hales cleans up. They also communicate! They don’t leave you wondering about anything. Our crew worked very hard out in this recent high heat…. these guys hustle! …. and we were amazed at their work ethic….especially out in the sun! A+++. I fully recommend.

The team was very professional in their work ethics and very courteous. They answered all my questions and worked well together. They did an excellent job on my roof and I’m very pleased with the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend the company for any roofing work.

Fellow called and let me know he was nearby and could be by early which was cool . Dustin checked roof and advised me of possible cause of roof leak and what can be done to repair it and other questions i had about roof replacement . Im happy I called Hales to check my roof . Dustin was very friendly and professional . Thanks 🙏 …

Hales cleaned my roof and gutters. Did a great job, left the area around the house clean of debris. I have used Hales multiple times, always pleased with their workmanship.
