My wife and I put off a new roof for several years but eventually we knew it was time. We reached out to Sina with Great State Roofing and he was extremely responsive, professional, and put us on the schedule right away. He told us the week of that the crew would start work on Thursday at 7:00AM. Sure enough, at 7:00AM our doorbell rang, all of their tools were already organized and ready to go and they got right to work. The crew worked very fast and were done in less than a day. They took the time to clean up our yard and we were left with a beautiful new roof that completely changed the look of our home. I cannot recommend Great State Roofing enough!!

Can’t say enough good things about great state roofing. In a day and age where most companies are cutting corners and skipping the entire customer service piece, Will went above and beyond to help us get a leak in our roof repaired right before a huge storm. Timely, Communication, Respect, and excellence are some words I would use to describe the repair work we had done by great state roofing

We had a great experience with Will and the team at Great State Roofing. They handled every aspect of our full roof replacement including the insurance claim to get our roof fully paid for by our provider. They were responsive, timely, and thorough throughout the entire process. They also did a great job cleaning up post job, which most companies do not. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their roof replaced in the Charlotte area!

We had a very pleasant experience with Great State. Our agent, Brent, was super helpful and informative and kept the ball rolling through the entire process. He followed up with my insurance company as needed and everything. The crew worked fast and laid tarps about the house to capture most of the old shingles and hardware. Anything that missed the tarp was picked up by hand and swept clean for the most part.

This was the best contractor experience I’ve had in a very long time. Sina is incredibly responsive, conscientious, and prompt, and he and Brooks are great. Their crew exhibited all the same qualities. This is a really outstanding contractor!
