Had Novo Roofing handle my parents Miami House. Had concerns on leak in roof caused by the damage and since they could not get to the roof they had someone come out to patch the roof until it could be redone. Something they offered at no cost given i had concerns with Hurricanes in summer. Saw the negative review, but very different from my experience. They were responsive and did provide professional quotes/invoices for all repairs. Did an amazing job and were incredibly good working with me remotely from North Carolina. Hard to find good, ethical, trust worthy folks like Alex and his dad. Highly recommend and worth every penny. Honesty in combination with good skills are hard to come by.

I recently had work done by Novo Roofing and my experience from start to finish was fantastic. First off, Nick was friendly, approachable, and easy to reach. He took the time to explain the process and answer any questions that I had. When it came to the actual work, I was blown away. The team was efficient, and they r worked like a well-oiled machine. They were in and out before I knew it, but they didn’t cut any corners. The attention to detail was impressive, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. My new roof looks fantastic, and I’ve received compliments from my neighbors! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Novo Roofing. Horrible and waste of my time. Nick Novo came out did his assesment of what he would recommend to repair the leak in my roof, and said he’d get me an estimate. A leak in a roof is not something you should wait on as it can create a bigger issue and he never called or sent me anything in regards to an estimate. I called, messaged and never got a response. Unprofessional and again a wast of MY time.

The level of service was superb. They protected my.properfy, began the job timely and finished ahead of schedule. Novo roofing is a trustworthy professional company and highly recommend their services.
